By using the website induxlabs.com, you agree to these Terms of Use, and you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of information as described in these Terms of Use and out Privacy Policy. You further agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in using this site. If you do not agree to these terms of use and the terms and conditions of our privacy policy, you must exit the site immediately and discontinue use of the site and any of its content. Your use of the site shall be deemed to be your agreement to abide by each of the terms set forth below, INDUX LABS can change these terms at any time by posting updated Terms of Use on the site or by sending users an email notice of the changes. If any modification is unacceptable to you, you must cease using the site. If you do not cease using the site, you will be deemed to have accepted the change. There Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with INDUX LABS or its affiliates for other products or services. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision of these Terms of Sale is held illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with any law by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitral tribunal, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms of Sale and the validity of the remainder of these Terms of Sale shall not be affected thereby.

CONDITIONS OF THIS SITE - You have read and agree to this site's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy stated below.
TERMS OF SALE – All product sales from the Site are governed by any terms of sale that are be posted on the Site. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Sale. You should refer to our terms of sale to learn more about applicable product warranties, our return policy, and shipping terms. By ordering and/or accepting delivery of the products, you agree to be bound by these terms of sale. The terms of sale are subject to change without prior notice at any time, in INDUX LABS’ sole discretion so you should review the terms of sale each time you make a purchase. All prices related to INDUX LABS products or services are subject to change by us at any time, without notice and without liability to you. We do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or a promotional offering.
ORDERS - All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and once accepted, an order cannot be cancelled, modified or rescheduled. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order, or to limit the size of any order, at any time in our sole discretion. INDUX LABS reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product or service at any time without notice to you or any other third party. INDUX LABS also reserves the right to increase the price for any product without notice to you. In addition, INDUX LABS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price or for any other reason deemed necessary by INDUX LABS.
SHIPPING - INDUX LABS only ships to physical addresses and cannot ship to PO Boxes. For international shipping please contact [email protected] before placing an order.
FDA AND HEALTH - Always keep THE BIRD and any other INDUX LABS products out of the reach of children and pets, and do not ever use THE BIRD or any other INDUX LABS products in proximity to children or pets. Do not operate THE BIRD or any other INDUX LABS products if you have a cardiac pacemaker or any other electronic or metal implant. Do not use THE BIRD or any other INDUX LABS products in conjunction with medication, illicit drugs, and/or alcohol. Use THE BIRD at your own risk.
USE OF PRODUCTS - Never use any INDUX LABS products without reviewing the manual online (www.induxlabs.com/manuals) in its entirety. If any one section or point is unclear, you agree to contact customer service before proceeding to use THE BIRD or any other INDUX LABS product. Do not use The Bird or any other INDUX LABS products around or immerse in any form of water or liquid. Exposing The Bird or any other INDUX LABS products to water or other liquids may cause an electrical shock hazard. Terminate operation of The Bird or any other INDUX LABS products if the induction coil is missing any of its insulation. There are no customer or user serviceable parts in The Bird or any other INDUX LABS products. Never attempt to repair or modify The Bird or any other INDUX LABS products. Doing so will instantly void the warranty.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY - INDUX LABS does NOT assume any responsibility or liability for any harm or damages associated with the use of any product purchased from INDUX LABS or this website. INDUX LABS shall not be liable for any claims, damages or injuries caused by your negligence, the misuse of any of our products by you or any third party to which you provide access to our products, or any other damages or injuries arising out of your use of any of our products. Failure to follow the instruction manual and warnings may result in electric shock, fire, property damage, bodily injury or death. INDUX LABS is NOT liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damage, loss of revenue, bodily harm or loss of life, or cost of replacement goods resulting from the use or malfunction of THE BIRD or any other INDUX LABS products. You agree to use at your own risk.
MALFUNCTION - If your THE BIRD unit or any other INDUX LABS products show any signs of incorrect operation including but not limited to overheating, failure to turn on, and electrical malfunctions, you agree to immediately discontinue use. Do not attempt to repair, replace, or install any part of the product. Instead, please immediately contact: [email protected]
RETURN POLICY - You may return most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds do not include any shipping and handling fees. However, we'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We DO NOT accept returns on used merchandise. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return at [email protected]. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
WARRANTY - INDUX LABS warranties THE BIRD against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with operating instructions for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. This Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of original electrical parts which in the opinion of INDUX LABS are defective in workmanship or material. This Warranty does not cover damage or cosmetic deterioration resulting from accident, physical dropping, negligent use, misuse, abuse, water/liquid, or unapproved cleaning solvents or abrasives. This includes (but is not limited to) scratches, dents, dings and chemical etching. In addition, all induction heatable objects and exotic materials are not covered by any warranty. Never submerge your THE BIRD or any other INDUX LABS products in water or any other liquid. Any unauthorized alteration of this product will void this Warranty and the owner’s right to operate this product. The Warranty is only valid when purchased from this website (induxlabs.com) or an Authorized Retailer. The Warranty is non-transferable and shall be void upon transfer of ownership of your THE BIRD or any other INDUX LABS products. In addition, the Warranty is only effective when THE BIRD or any other INDUX LABS products are used in the United States. INDUX LABS agrees to repair or replace the product at no charge, within the Warranty period, providing that the product is delivered to INDUX LABS in its original package or equivalent protective packaging, fully insured. Purchaser must pay all shipping charges and send the defective item to the address indicated below. If the defective item qualifies for repair under Warranty, we will repair or replace the item and send it back to you free of charge. When a product receives warranty service, the Warranty period is amended to either (a) the time remaining on the original two-year Warranty, or (b) 90 days from the date the product is shipped back to you, whichever is longer. If the defective item does not qualify for Warranty, we will provide you a clear explanation for the refusal of Warranty coverage and send the item back to you free of charge. INDUX LABS reserves the right to refuse a Warranty claim if the defective product shows abnormal signs of damage, wear or usage. Induction heatable objects are not covered by any warranty. Never use non-INDUX LABS approved induction heatable objects with the THE BIRD or any other INDUX LABS products. Doing so instantly voids the Warranty. NEVER attempt to open THE BIRD and manipulate internal components for any reason. Doing so will also instantly void the warranty.
For all Warranty work, INDUX LABS requires the following information to be submitted with the returned unit:
- A copy of the original sales receipt.
- Your phone number, email, and address where your INDUX LABS product should be returned shipped.
- A typewritten, detailed description of the problem.

Any unauthorized use of the Site will terminate the permission or license granted by these Terms of Use, will result in you being barred from use of the Site, and may violate applicable law including copyright laws, trademark laws (including trade dress), and communications regulations and statutes. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms of Use are reserved and retained by INDUX LABS or its licensors, suppliers, publishers or other content providers.
COPYRIGHT - The Content and the Site, as well as the selection and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of INDUX LABS and may not be used except in accordance with these Terms of Use or with INDUX LABS' express prior written consent.
